#4 – Bluetooth connection issue and fixing on Tecno Camon 12 or 12 Pro

Step 1: Put off your Tecno Camon 12 or 12 Pro and reboot it again to see if that will automatically solve the problem.

Step 2: Clear the list of devices already added and re-add the device you want to pair with.

Step 3: Check to be sure that your Camon 12 or 12 Pro Bluetooth is set to discoverable. So, other devices can see it and be able to connect to it.

Step 4: Check your Camon 12 or 12 Pro power section to make sure it wasn’t set to power-saving mode.

Step 5: Try clearing the Bluetooth data and or cache to see if it will fix it.

Step 6: Reboot your Tecno Camon 12 or 12 Pro again.

If all the other options still do not fix it. Then, you might need to try a factory reset.

Step 1: Confirm that your SIM is working properly by trying it on another device.S
