are steps on how to hard reset Energizer Power Max P600s:

Step 1: You might want to backup data because
the reset will set your Energizer Power Max P600s back to its factory mode.
Else move to step 2.

Step 2: Ensure that your Energizer Power Max
P600s is charged to a minimum of 50% before you proceed.

Step 3: Hold down the volume up (or volume down)
key and power button simultaneously for thirty (30) seconds or until the “Android
