Tonto Dikeh and Linda Ikeji Got Banned From Showing Reality TV Show

Earlier there have been an issue between leading Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh and ex hushand on who will have custody of their little boy named King Andrea Churchill. And shortly after the announced her reality TV show which features her son with the title of show as King Tonto.



The show which features King Andrea Churchi, her son is a realiity show centered around her as a mother trying to balance both motherhood and work with child everyday life being featured also.



It was announced that the actress in collaboration with Nigerian’s popular blogger Linda Ikeji as the Executive Producer which will be showed on her online platform, with a teaser clip showing where a video of her going through a body surgery.

But it seems her former husband,Olakunle Churchill isn’t quite happy about his son being featured on an adult content reality show at his young age as he filed a prayer to the court in Lagos to protect the boy from indecent exposure and exploitation by his mother for her personal gain. ‎He went to the court on behalf of his son to stop the programme in any way as he considers the boy to be a minor not fit to make his own decisions himself.

Earlier on, Olakunle Churchill and his then wife, Tonto Dikeh, have been in a legal battle over the right of their son.

So after all statements made to the court by both parties and many sittings, Lagos Magistrate Court finally gave its verdict, issuing an order restraining the mother of the boy Ms Tonto Dikeh and the Linda Ikeji Media from showing or airing the name or picture or likeness of King Andrea Omodayo Churchill in the Reality Show through any means of the media.

Mr Justice P.A. Adekomaiya of the Lagos Magistrate Court further ordered issuance on the verdict to the opposed parties as a copy of the statement was pasted at the gate of Linda Ikeji as further proof.

The decision made by the court is considered a legal victory for Mr King Andrea that was filed on his behalf by his father to save the child from any embarrassment in the future.
