The chairman and CEO of Facebook had to testify before the US House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce on Wednesday 11^th April 2018. And this has to touch areas of key issues at hand including the Cambridge Analytica scandal as well as the Russia-linked Internet Research Agency’s misinformation campaign.

Josh Constine at TechCrunch has earlier said: it does offer some new information about the Russia-linked APT28 hacking group. Facebook says it detected and shut down accounts related to APT28 over the summer of 2016.
