University of Jos Post UTME/DE Screening Form for 2019/2020 academic session is Out

University of Jos (UNIJOS) Post UTME Screening exercise, suitability, cut-off mark, and Registration Details have been announced.



This is to notify all applicants who applied for Direct
Entry admission into University of Jos, that there will be an on-line screening
exercise from 5th August, 2019 to 26th August, 2019.



Please note that only candidates who applied through JAMB
for Direct Entry Admission and chose University of Jos as their First Choice
are eligible for the screening.

Any candidate who fails to do the ON-LINE Screening will not
be considered for admission.

Each applicant shall be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only (excluding Bank charges) for the screening.

Payment shall be made through the Remita collection platform at any Commercial Bank operating in Nigeria. 

How to Apply for UNIJOS Post UTME Screening


 Visit University of Jos Portal https://mis.unijos.edu.ng/  for
registration procedure as follows: Click
on PROGRAMME

  1. Click
    on UTME/DE SCREENING
  2. Enter
    your JAMB Registration Number
  3. Click
    Get Started
    • The candidate will be prompted to select and confirm an easy to remember password. Thereafter, a confirmation link will be sent to their email
    • The
      Candidate should accordingly login into their email and click the
      confirmation link
    • The candidate is taken to the login page and continue his/her Screening
      registration
  4. Visit portal.unijos.edu.ng
  5. Click
    on Login
  6. Enter
    email and password
  7. Click
    on Login
  8. The
    candidate is taken to their personalized dashboard
  9. Click
    on Pay Screening Charge
  10. Select
    the payment option (a card, Bank Branch, Internet Banking) then click
    proceed
  11. Enter
    the details requested and follow the prompt
  12. Upon
    Successful payment, the user is returned to their dashboard
  13. Enter
    five relevant O level subjects and their grades
  14. Click
    Finish
  15. Print
    the Screening Registration Slip
  16. Log
    out and await further communication from the University.

Note:

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has
indicated that it would not clear any shortlisted candidate who does not have
‘O’ level results. All candidates, therefore, are advised to visit any JAMB
Office or accredited JAMB CBT centre nearest to them to upload their ‘O’ Level
results (WAEC, NECO and NABTEB).

All candidates who do not satisfy the University screening
conditions below are advised to provide details for consideration by other
institutions. (Note that supplying false information will result in
disqualification). You are allowed to supply a maximum of two different ‘O’
level examination results.

Any candidate who fails to do the ON-LINE Screening will not
be considered for admission.

Warning:

Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious
offence. Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only.
Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and in
appropriate cases, be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.

Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the
guidelines stipulated above and the published requirements for admission into
the programme applied for.

The University of Jos Post UTME Form deadline is Monday 26th August, 2019.

Candidates are strongly advised against patronizing road side Business Centres for making payment.ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE VERIFIED BEFORE ADMISSION PROCESSING.


Restrictions;

  •  Only qualified candidate/candidates scheduled for the day’s examination and time shall be allowed into the University / Examination Hall
  •  Parents/guardians are, therefore, strongly advised against attempting to enter the University Campus as security will be tight.
  • No GSM handsets, scientific calculators or any other inessential materials shall be allowed into the examination hall. 
  • Candidates who did not register online will not be allowed for the screening exercise.
  • The University will not be liable for any payment made with wrong JAMB registration number at the Bank.
  •  The University shall also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that are not in line with the directives of the University.
