factory mode. Else move to step 2.

Step 2: Ensure that your
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is charged to a minimum of 50% before you proceed.

Step 3: Hold down the
volume up (or volume down) key and power button simultaneously for thirty (30)
seconds or until the “Android or Xiaomi Logo” shows up.
