#4 – Bluetooth connection issue and fixing on Vivo Y53 or Y53i

Step 1: Put off your Vivo Y53 or Y53i and reboot it again to see if that will automatically solve the problem.

Step 2: Clear the list of devices already added and re-add the device you want to pair with.



Step 3: Check to be sure that your Y53 or Y53i Bluetooth is set to discoverable. So, other devices can see it and be able to connect to it.

Step 4: Check your Y53 or Y53i power section to make sure it wasn’t set to power-saving mode.
