How to Flash Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 with Flash Tool, Firmware or Stock ROM

- Samsung Galaxy Pro S5280
Note: You will need to place your phone on charge with a working charger till you are sure it has charged above 50 percent before your formatting process commences else your phone might not wake up even after formatting.
Next, you will have to follow the instruction of using a Samsung Kies Flash Tool as explained here below.
Easy Steps on how to flash Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 Back to Its Factory State:
Step 1: The first thing to do is to download and install Samsung Kies software on your PC.
Step 2: Once Kies is installed you should proceed to install USB Driver on your PC.
Step 3: Next thing is you will have to Open and Run the Samsung Kies software on your PC as administrator.
Step 4: After the above, connect your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 to the PC using a good working USB Cable.
Step 5: When connected, your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 name/model will show up on the left side of the screen.
Step 6: Now, click on the name/model of your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 (for example, GT-IXXXXM).
Step 7: After that click on the import/export tag and ensure to export all your contacts to your PC
Step 8: Immediately after the export of all data is done, you will see a displayed notification to upgrade your phone if any new version is available.
Step 9: Next, click on Update (if any update pop up shows up).
Step 10: Make sure to read and follow any on-screen instructions during the process.
Step 11: Check the agreement box and click on Start upgrade
Step 12: At this point, the software update will commence.
- The process might take up to 60 minutes to complete, and you will not be able to use your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280.
- Try not to disconnect your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 until the update is finished.
Step 13: That’s all. Your Samsung Galaxy Star 2, 2 Plus, Pro or S5280 will get updated to the latest Android version.
