Step 13: Now you will see the Gmail welcome screen, now press the next button there which is the arrow button and go to where you will see “add an email address”.

Step 14: Press that and you will be shown few email services, now choose Outlook, and you will need to sign in your outlook account, if you don’t have one, you can create one on another and then sign in.

Step 21: Now choose “Security and privacy” press it and you will see “Fingerprint ID”, press “Fingerprint
management” and select PIN.

Step 22: Now put a PIN you will remember and press continue, and now select “new fingerprint”.

Step 23: Now place you finger on the fingerprint scanner and let it capture your fingerprint and after that press OK.

Step 24: Now press the back button and go to System and in system you will see “Reset” press it and you will see “Reset all settings” select that and you will be asked to input you PIN, input the PIN you just created and then reset the phone.

Step 25: You will see a pop up message below showing Restarting, wait for it but the phone will not restart, but that restarting message will disappear.

Step 26: Now press the back button until you are taken back to the Gmail app and then press the back button and you will be taken to the phone home screen.

Step 27: Now connect to a wireless network again and go to the google play store and you will be asked to sign in, now wait for it to load and after that sign in your Google Account (Gmail).

Step 28: After successfully signing in, restart the device and your device has been unlocked.
