Step 11: After downloading the app you need to install it and after the installation, press open and you will see a search bar in the app, now type in “Settings” and you need to scroll down if the phone settings app does not come up.

Step 19: Now the Google Sign-in page will be shown to you, sign in your Google Account (Gmail) and after you have signed in you need to go back and enable the Google Play Service you disable.

Step 20: Now restart the phone and you can now set up your device without been asked to verify your account.
