#1 – Camera failure – can’t connect to camera

A
camera is one of the major thing users check for in Infinix smartphones or
other related devices when they want to buy a new or even a used phone.
Recently, we’ve seen a tremendous upgrade in the cameras of newly released Infinix
(Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus) phones and devices from other
manufacturers which simply means the camera is one of the most valuable assets
of Infinix Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus and other devices.

However,
as an experienced smartphone technician who has fixed several Infinix devices
ranging from software to hardware issues. I have come across several cases of
camera malfunction both in Infinix (Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3
Plus) and other leading brands devices which is why I have written this post on
how to troubleshoot and fix this issue in six different ways.

So, if
you are having issues with your new or old Infinix Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2
Pro, Smart 3 Plus smartphone camera? You’re unable to snap pictures, the app
shows failure or error notice? Here are six possible ways to that might fix the
camera issue of Infinix Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus device.
But please do not disassemble your Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3
Plus phone if it is still under the warranty period else you won’t be eligible
to request a replacement or free fixing that the warranty covers.

·         Unmount the SD Card inserted in
your Smart 2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus or Replace it with a new
one.

·         Check the Camera module of your

connection from your network service provider is OK and your router, if that is

·         Put off your Infinix Smart 2,
Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus and reboot it again to see if that will
automatically solve the problem.

·         Clear the list of devices
already added and re-add the device you want to pair with.

·         Check to be sure that your Smart
2, Smart 2 HD, Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus Bluetooth is set to discoverable. So,
other devices can see it and be able to connect to it.

·         Check your Smart 2, Smart 2 HD,
Smart 2 Pro, Smart 3 Plus power section to make sure it wasn’t set to power
saving mode.

·         Try clearing the Bluetooth data
and or cache to see if it will fix it.

·         Reboot your Infinix Smart 2,

• Check to see that you have inserted

• Try another good earpiece for doing a
  phone call.
• When on a phone call press the volume
  up button to make the sound louder.
• This will help to make the other
  person more audible and will not remove the robotic tone of hands-free.
