BBNaija 2020: How to Keep Your Favourite #BBNaija Lockdown Housemate Safe from Possible Eviction
Hi guys, as usual, nomination and eviction have commenced but the Big Brother Naija Season five – Lockdown reality TV show is still fresh because all our favourite housemate are still on our TV screen. Well, nothing lasts forever and so will be the fate of your favourite housemate if you do not vote to keep them in the house when they are nominated for possible eviction. This season, Big Brother introduced the use of DStv and GOtv for voting, and it’s made available for DStv and GOtv subscribers only.
Now is the time to show that you really want this or that housemate to keep Locking you down until the end so he/she will be the crown winner of the show by your vote.
Viewers and fans of the BBNaija Lockdown show have four voting option to make their favourite win:
ü Voting via sending SMS (Nigeria only)
ü Voting via visiting the Mobile site
ü Voting via using the Desktop Version
✔ Voting Via MyDStv or MyGOtv App ( Active DStv or GOtv subscribers – Nigeria only)
A. To vote for your favourite housemate via SMS. Simply send as SMS the word “Vote” followed by the Housemate’s team name to 32052 (Nigeria Only). E.g “Vote Felix”.
NOTE: One vote text is equal to one vote and you can vote up to one hundred times if you wish. Each SMS will only cost you N30.
B. Also, via Mobile voting you can now Vote for free on our website, all you need to do is register first. Simply go to africamagic.tv/bigbrother. Click on Vote following clicking on the “REGISTER“ button and fill in your cellphone number and password.
Don’t forget to use an international format for your cellphone number for example (+234 765 4321).
After you’ve successfully signed up, you’ll get an SMS with an OTP sent to you. Enter the correct OTP to complete the registration process.
What makes online voting even more awesome is you get up to 200 VOTES! That’s 100 votes if you use the mobi-site on your phone and another 100 if you vote using your laptop or desktop computer.
Voting via MyDStv and MyGOtv app
Download the MyDStv or MyGOtv App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and log on to the app, Select Nigeria; your surname or mobile number, and your smartcard number. Once you’ve logged into your MyDStv or MyGOtv app account page, look for the “Vote Now” button. Click on the “Vote Now” and follow the instructions to cast your vote
NB: You must be an active Nigerian DStv or GOtv subscriber to receive your 100 free app votes.
How to Register
You can register to vote by clicking on the vote now button inside the MyDStv or MyGOtv App, Once that is done, You enter your details (Name, Surname, Dirth of Birth, Gender, and Mobile number). Don’t forget to use an international format for your cellphone number for example (+234 765 4321) and choose your preferred password.
After you’ve successfully signed up, you’ll get an SMS with an OTP sent to you. Enter the correct OTP to complete the registration process.
Voting starts on the 27th of July 2020 after the Live nomination Show at 19:30 WAT on Monday The lines will then close on Thursday night at 21:00 WAT.
