Step 1: You might want

Step 2: Ensure that your
Vivo S5 is charged to a minimum of 50% before you proceed.
Step 3: Hold down the
volume up (or volume down) key and power button simultaneously for thirty (30)
seconds or until the “Android or Vivo Logo” shows up.
Step 4: Use to volume
key to Select “Wipe data/factory data reset”.
Step 5: Sit back and

button to accept.
